Lauren Cullen

Lauren is the Global VP of People at Intercom. She directs the key People functions including Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, Business Partners, Recruitment, and Real Estate and Workplace Management. Since joining Intercom in 2016, she’s been integral in scaling the company to a global leader in customer service.

Lauren’s career has extensive roots in scaling high growth-tech companies in EMEA, having spent her early career at Google and later helping scale Twitter in EMEA. Beyond her professional endeavors, Lauren is actively engaged in mentoring HR professionals and offering strategic counsel to budding startups.
